What kind of place is a fab lab?
Fab Lab is a network of experimental workshops equipped with diverse fabrication tools, both digital and analogue. They broaden the possibilities of self-fabrication, and strive to foster the DIY culture.
Where innovation is born
Since MIT professor Neil Gershenfeld introduced the concept of the fab lab in his 2002 book “The Coming Revolution on Your Desktop-From Personal Computers to Personal Fabrication”, his vision spreaded through the whole world.
